American 3 — Local services in Cherokee

The woman who runs this place is awful and is constantly harassing customers. I saw her threaten to call the police on some slightly noisy kids once at a midnight showing instead of just politely ask them to be quiet. Not showing a movie because of "technical difficulties" ? You had 8 customers coming in to see it and you should have switched screens for those 8 customers that showed up.

Tried one more time to go here and once again just had a miserable experience. The employees working were friendly and helpful but having technical issues the entire time. Waiting 40 minutes for this to be resolved and then the longest ads run I have ever seen coupled with seats so painful you're in agony the entire time isn't worth it. I have never in my life been to a movie with that many ads with them even repeating the same ones 3 - 4 times in a row. Just at a much bigger theater last week and experienced nothing like this... is this how they pay the bills? Also the movie was on the smallest screen which was then cut in half in size to be only slightly larger than watching your...

The owner is horrible so rude lurking over your shoulder every second and has the nerve to yell at a paying customer for not even doing anything wrong! It's way worth the extra miles to go to a DIFFERENT movie theater!
