Had my son's 5th birthday party here in October. The party started off on a bad foot in that our trainer was supposed to play two organized games as per our party package. The trainer wasn't really sure what to do with the 15 five and six year olds. The balls were flat, the flags kept falling off the waste bands for football, and ultimately the kids lost interest. My husband kept going out there to help and at one point was running the kickball game. We ended up having 20 minutes left on the field, but all the kids ran off and started playing in the other areas of the facility. It was a bit embarrassing. For a $500 party, the games could have been a bit more organized without the help of myself or my husband. I could have organized better games at a local park for free. When I complained, I was told the trainer was getting mixed messages from my husband and I. Well, if it was organized the way I was told it would be, we would not have had to intervene. Pizza was okay. The rest of the activities were fine, but not for the money I paid. Every step of the booking process was easy, well-communicated, and I was able to reference information at any time. Emails were returned promptly and all questions were answered timely and thoroughly. The party itself was entertaining for the kiddos, there were so many options to choose for activities, the trainers were personable and made sure all partiers were included (even the lone girl at our event). The party room was basic, no frills and a bit dark. It was set up with tables for eating, serving and gifts/goody bags/storage. We didn’t bring any extra decorations so it was plain. I would suggest bringing balloons or something to liven it up a bit. Our host, Anthony was attentive, professional yet personable with kiddos, prepared and well-versed on his responsibilities. Every last detail went smoothly and his help was key in allowing us to enjoy the event. The pizza was the only food we got and it wasn’t nothing to rave about. Drinks flowed nonstop. Buyer beware. When you sign your child up for a mini camp/sports league and have something come up that you need to cancel and get a refund good luck. Spoke to Chelsea the Director and she said that I signed a contract/waiver that they cannot give refunds. Forced to go through with it my 2 kids are the only 2 kids in the camp. I guess I should have really looked at the reviews on this prior to signing my kids up AGAIN for a camp. Facility needs a big investment, smells horrible in there and expect it to be 90 degree indoors as there seems to be no temp control in the field areas. Needless to say we surely will never be returning here for anything in the future.
