Starbucks — Restaurant in Cherry Hill Township

Beware DONT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS! They are horrible here. Kaitlyn needs to be fired. Not only was she the nastiest most miserable person I've ever met but she gives starbucks a bad rep. She ignored the line she had of customers waiting. She grudgenly walks up to take our orders only after we said excuse me several times are you open. She was annoyed to be there and then didnt even know how yo make 2 simple white mocha coffees. When we asked for it to be remade she just stared like a freak who couldn't comprehend. I'm honestly really surprised that starbucks would hire someone like this. I thought starbucks was diligent in selecting staff. They definitely got it wrong with this one. Barista was trying to convince me that a flavored latte would include 55 cents PER PUMP of syrup. I was ordering a Grande Toffeenut Latte, which was going to be 4 pumps of flavored syrup...so, an additional $2.20? Seriously? I ordered a christmas latte from the menu instead, which is a fixed price on their menu board. The other barista making the coffee couldn't call out the orders; so all the customers were touching everyone's cup trying to figure out who's coffee belonged to who. This was the absolute WORST Starbucks I have ever stopped at! The women employees were rude- the one man was decent! The service was S.L.O.W! My order was obviously a challenge for the barista to handle. When I told her that the drink was wrong she ignored me. Then another female barista looked at me and said "Well is your name on it" in a very nasty tone. When I said "yes" she turned away. I had to say "Ladies??" and a male barista said "THEY HEARD YOU"; again with tone. I finally got another drink with no acknowledgement from any of the baristas working. Terrible service!!!!!!
