They knocked a picture off the wall and glass shattered, they just leaned it back up against the wall in the bathroom. Jagged pieces just left there.. My mother was there for less than 2 weeks she is a diabetic. They took her to er twice because they let her bottom out. Staff told me they didn't have the medication they needed to help, which is supposed to be on hand, so they took her to er. They also have no diabetic menu. My Grandmother was placed here and the care she received was horrible. She was sitting in her own fluids for OVER 45 minutes! Aside from sitting in filth they had to take her to the ER MULTIPLE times due to the fact that she's a diabetic and the apparently didn't have the meds on hand to help. Most of the people fill multiple positions and most staff available tend to yell and harass their tenants and try to manipulate them. Things has also been "disappearing" from my grandmother's room as well. IMPORTANT. THINGS. Things like documents. Don't let this be the place for your loved ones. They won't be tended...

The staff is extremely rude and unwilling to help lift anyone especially if they are over a certain weight. They're more worried about "hurting themselves and their backs so you're on your own". Other staff is immature and can't handle this type of environment. Don't take your loved ones here.
