My problem is not so much with branch in Virginia Beach it's more with the repasentitive who handles the accounts Ms. Christine Hylan. She is rude and sarcastic and takes it upon herself to close accounts if she does not like what you say or reduce your credit limit with no probable cause except you are late on a payment. Apparently she has complete control and no one can do anything about her.
