I would have rated this place five stars had it not been for the time restraints. This past Saturday we had a children party and everyone had a great time. I was sent the contract a week before my party and there were a few things that were unclear. I had visited and called a month before hand. I asked multiple questions to gain clarity and I wasnât told clear directions. I was told that everyone would have access to everything during the duration of the party. I was disappointed to learn that it was only one hour for play and one hour to eat. The owner allowed an additional 15 minutes of play for the children however, transitioning the children was extremely difficult. Being that it was a party for neurodivergent children it took all of 10-15 mins for the children to eat. Most of the children were upset that they could not go back and play especially being able to see the play equipment. The amount of money that was paid should have allowed the children to play the entire time. If itâs a private party it shouldnât have been cut short. It seemed like I was paying for employees to clean during the time slot I paid for. Had I known this when I had booked I would have requested a...
Read moreWe visited a few weeks ago on a rainy Sunday. I think the concept behind this place is a good idea- but honestly a lot of the toys and equipment seemed to be in rough shape. The staff was really nice, however our biggest issue was the larger children coming to take over the marked âinfant/toddler areaâ. There is a sign that a specific area is designated for smaller children. Unfortunately a lot of parents didnât seem to see this sign, and their bigger kids were coming over and taking toys, running everyone over trying to use the rocking horse ramps on the far right wall, etc. I would recommend that you either have staff inform parents that there is an infant/toddler area and to please abide by that for safety reasons, or maybe gate the area off? It was really disappointing and unless that changes I probably wouldnât go back. Itâs a good attempt at having a sensory friendly place for kids, just needs a little TLC...
Read moreWe visited for the first time after purchasing a Groupon. I thought it would be nice to visit an indoor playground on a hot day. My kids enjoyed themselves and made some new friends. My only suggestion would be to clean the place a little more. We arrived around 10:45am and the play area looked like it hadn't been swept or vacuumed for several days. Clumps of hair in some places. The trash in the bathroom was filled up with paper towels, which suggested the trash hadn't been emptied the night before. I would recommend having one of the young ladies sitting at the counter walk around with a hand held vacuum when it wasn't crowded and wipe down surfaces and toys throughout the day. Overall, we had a good experience but it could have...
