Pizza Hut pizza is wonderful, but the customer service for this location is unacceptable. My best friend ordered some pizzas online and tried to use her points for 2 free orders of breadsticks. It would not go through, so she deleted an order of breadsticks. She checked out and realized the total wasn’t what it was supposed to be and realized a pizza was missing from our order. She called to see if they could simply add a pizza to our order (put it on speaker phone) and the young man said he couldn’t do that because our pizzas were already made. My best friend said “that can’t be because I literally just placed the order.” And he said nothing...she asked if there was anything she could do to fix this, again...silence finally he said “y’all wanna talk to a supervisor?” She said yes and we were put on hold. A then EXTREMELY rude woman answered a my best friend told her what happened and could we please just add a pizza to our order and the rude “supervisor” told her she’d have to delete her order online and do it again. My best friend then stated that all she wanted to do was add a pizza to our order to which the “supervisor” replied “ so you wanna add a pizza?” Best friend said yes and the “supervisor” said “you won’t get the points for it” my best friend said that was fine because she was using the points for breadsticks anyways. The “supervisor “ then said “ so you want to delete the order?” My best friend ( at this point very irritated) said no, I just want to add the pizza I accidentally deleted and have it come with our order. “ supervisor “ then said “ I’m trying to get you to understand you won’t get points.” My friend stated AGAIN “that’s fine, I just want to add a pizza! You know what, I’ll just cancel my order online and redo since it seems the easiest thing to do since it’s so complicated “. The supervisor then said “you’re money will be back on your card in 3-5 business days” and hung up on my friend. What kind is service is this? How hard can it possibly be to charge us for an extra pizza?! It ain’t rocket science. We both work in customer service and know how difficult it can be, but this was the sorriest experience ever. People don’t pay money to be treated badly...you have a job to do, you either do it with kindness...
Read moreUpdated yet again April 19th 2021. Many places out Pizza The Hut easily! I am not impressed with Pizza Hut nor its Management District or upper. The website still refuses to let me use a credit card or debit card.. actually it appears to let me use it but it doesn't register at the restaurant please fire the programmer!! Pizza is supposed to be ready in 10 to 20 minutes it took 30 minutes. That with an empty store and an empty parking lot at 8:45 p.m. on a weekday. I called the store five times while sitting in front of this door before someone he actually answered and talk to me.. I remind you at this point there were no customers in the lobby. With all the negative the pizza still looked and tasted good however it was cold. I have added pictures to show out empty the parking lot was. I used to go to this Pizza Hut once or twice a month now it's been once in five months since I've been.
Updated October 23rd 2020 Well first off they got my order wrong ( twice now )I pointed it out they made another pizza and made that wrong. They now charge extra for the packets of peppers and Parmesan cheese. 99 cents per Pizza. But they're more than happy to give you sanitary wipes I guess so you can wipe your hands while you're standing there waiting on the pizza because there is no area to sit and eat. I was informed 15 mins or so later that they dont deliver in my area. Thats new. But I went ahead and ordered somewhere else instead. About an hour later I get a knock on the door thinking its the other place I ordered, and its pizza hut at the door! Then the pizza was dry and my brownie wasnt even cut! I appreciate the driver bringing me my food anyway, but I was NEVER called back or informed that my order was even accepted. Causing me to spend over $50 on food today! I was told the only thing that could be done for me is 30% off my $27 order bringing it to $24 and some change. Wow $3 whole dollars! SERIOUSLY? Sad because they were my daughters favorite friday meal and lost a frequent customer. Oh well. Wont order from here again. The people were ok. They weren't rude or anything, just didnt seem like they cared about THEIR mistake. And the price I am paying for it! VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!
