I placed my first order with Target Sports, and knew that the order delivery would be delayed due to high demand and high order volume that they communicated on their website. No problem, totally understandable. I emailed after a few weeks when I had not received an email that my order was filled and shipping and got a response (from Sam the company president!) within a little over an hour later explaining where they were in their order filling process, and that my order would be filled and out within a few days. Got the email a few days later that my shipment was coming, but that it was only half the order I put in. I emailed them again, and within 2 hours got a response from Devin, the Director of Marketing, telling me that the missing part of my order arrived to them damaged, and that they have a "strict policy that we return any ammo that remotely looks damaged to protect our customers". Damn good policy! :) They informed me that what I had ordered was in high demand and could not tell me when they would have it in again, but if I wanted it, when it came in they would still honor the price that I paid for it even if there was a price increase on it when it arrived back in stock! They also offered that if I wanted to order a different product that was currently in stock, that the order would be expedited. I looked and found something else I liked, ordered it, sent the invoice number in to Devin, and received a reply back a few hours later that I should "see movement by tomorrow". That was Tuesday, 14APR20. I figured I would get an email within a day or two to let me know the order was being filled and an anticipated deliver date. I got home today, 16APR20, and my order was waiting for me! WOW! I cannot recommend this company STRONGLY ENOUGH for their customer service and attention to detail! I have already been recommending them to others as THE source to go to for their ammo needs! THIS is how you build and grow a business, THIS is how you guarantee customer loyalty, and THIS is how they will have me as a customer for life! Bravo Zulu and thank you to Sam, Devin, and the ENTIRE Target Sports USA team!!! Keep doing what you are doing, your team culture will continue to breed success for all of you!

Read moreanybody who gives these guys anything less than 5 stars must believe that they live in a fantasy world where shipping is instantaneous (last i checked teleportation was still a long ways off, if even possible), prices never go up and firearm laws are exactly the same across the entire country. I've been ordering from TSU and been an Ammo+ member for 3 years now with easily over 100 orders to date (maybe closer to or over 200 now, i don't keep track) and i can't think of one time that i was disappointed in a price, a product or the time it took to get to me. i'm in va so i'm not that far away and there have been times that some orders took longer than others but that's just how parcel delivery services inherently operate. sometimes it's delivery service incompetence, sometimes it's weather, sometimes it's pointless holidays but in my experience TSU has always been on their game and as far as i'm concerned is batting 1000.
unless i need ammunition like, yesterday, in which case i'll fork over the $10 or $20 extra at my local gun shop to keep me loaded until i can place an order (but I'm so stocked up thanks to TSU that that only happens if i purchase a firearm in a caliber that I don't already have), TSU is my go to ammo supplier. i've introduced a lot of people to them and i've not heard one complaint. i'm so glad that i found these guys (i'm sure they are too lol) and had the brain cells to see what a great deal their Ammo+ program is (i've saved literally $669 since march of 2024. now multiply that times 3) as i'm obviously a high volume shooter and would be paying out the nose just on shipping alone anywhere else online or in markup at the LGS.
i know that i'm sounding like a shill but i really don't care. when a company takes care of me like TSU has, i'll accept being called a shill all day long and that's a very rare statement coming from someone with ridiculously high expectations and standards but TSU deserves it. i'd give them 100...
Read moreplaced an order 3 weeks ago and have not received any further communication. Their phones are down due to high demand which is understandable. They prompt you to email or use their website chat function instead but they are not answering. I had to change my shipping address after the order was placed because I moved states. so twice I have tried to contact the company with their chat box to confirm the change, both times with no response.
UPDATE: This is the only bad review I’ve given, the post was originally two stars but I would give zero if I could. It took a total of four weeks before they eventually shipped the packing. During the third week of waiting I moved so for a total of two weeks (One week before and the week of) I tried contacting them on their website IM system with no response. With no luck I contacted UPS to try to change the shipping address both by their online resources and over the phone and was told only the sender could call in and change the address since it was to a different state. I finally got a hold of CJ by email WHO BLAMED ME FOR THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION. Maybe at one point this company was reputable and well management but certainly not now.
The only good thing to come out of this is when the package is returned to them by UPS they will refund my money so I pay a company that...
