ove, love, love this place. in here 1-2x a week but lately very aggravated. my 3rd visit today when they closed @ 2pm due to “heat.” im sorry but you are a garden center right? get some industrial fans, or at the very least update your website & let people know before they make the trek. pulled in at 10minutes of 2:00 & knew exactly what i needed & was not in browsing mode. all doors were closed w a sign saying closing @ 2 ( it was 1:50 ). look you wanna close due to heat your perogative on how you want to run your business. but youre not helping your customers when youre consistantly being uninformative to your customers making efforts to get there. i spend close to 1k every summer & a garden supply closing because of heat is beyond me. it was 88 degrees. i work in an indoor pool that easily hits 95-99 degrees w humidity. i can just imagine our members being turned away due to heat. listen, noones going to create a riot over flowers but could you at the very least be considerate of your customers by updating your website & phone line & not making them get there & find out as your closing your doors earlier than announced? some of us dont live around the corner?! my third experience in the past couple weeks w this garbage & yeah, im pissed. yeah i could go to tower farms downthe street, but im a loyal customer-so please show some consideration. the same consideration i give you when i know youre closing & i get to the register 15 minutes before you close so youre not hanging around longer than...

We were thrilled when we arrived. The amount of beautiful flowers and plants. Everything was nicely arranged with large walking areas between large islands of a wonderful variety of healthy plants. When we went they had a number of reduced price items which made our buying more pleasurable. We ended up buying plants we were not really looking for only because of the staff and customers educating us on certain plants. It was a beautiful experience being there. My first visit here and had a very pleasant experience, beyond expectations. Kerry & Leslie & a younger woman helped me as I was curious, looking around, and trying to select the appropriate choice for my first house plant. The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable with a willingness to share. I became so excited by the selection that instead of purchasing one, I bought four.
