1 Factory Radio — Local services in Chester

I really needed a radio repaired for a 2006 Chevrolet Malibu, a model that was not listed on 1 Factory Radio's website at the time. I sent an email, and Derek replied promptly with a repair price for the service I needed.

The screen was dim and unreadable in the day, the CD player would not play CDs, and I wanted the AUX input modification.

I had some questions, so we emailed back and forth a few times. I'm really happy that he took the time to answer my questions. It made me feel better about shipping my radio across the country.

I needed to make sure I would get my exact radio back, due to the VIN lock anti-theft system on many newer cars. I also wanted to know about how the aux input modification works.

Using it could not be easier. Just have the radio on in FM/AM mode and plug your device in through the AUX port and press play on your AUX device. That's it. Plus, the sound quality is great!

So, he sent me an invoice, I sent him the money by PayPal, he sent me a box, I sent him a radio in desperate need of repairs, and he sent me my radio back!

Now, the screen is bright and readable again, the CD player works, and it has a wonderful AUX input mod that is so easy to use!

I have a 99 expedition Eddie Bauer that I wanted to have aux and a CD player but I didn't want to put a new stereo in it because they don't look good in those cars. I wanted a stock stereo but one that could have what I wanted. I went on eBay and found one that had a aux cord hook up a CD player and even a caset player installed on it. They told me it wouldn't fit my car but i bought it anyways and it fit great. The harness fitted right into my stereo I didn't even have to wire a new harness on it. The only thing I had to do to make it fit was cut a piece of the inside dash out with a jig saw it was plastic and took only 3 minutes to do. there's a video on YouTube of a guy replacing his stereo with a double din and he had to do the same thing on his 99 f150. These folks are simply the best. have an older vehicle you really wish had bluetooth and the Aux port?? Contact these folks and they will set you up with the factory radio with bluetooth and Aux added at a very reasonable price. They go above and beyond to service your needs, and are truly happy to it. Even af. ter the sale, they are there for you, they respond to questions and concerns promptly, they really do. I cannot say enough about this company and their products.
