Dollar General — Local services in Chesterfield

I went to this store and one of the managers, white lady with tattoos was at the register with 3 or 4 employees hanging out with her. Myself and another lady tried to tell them that the shopping carts outside wouldn't come apart and everyone of them ignored us. Then when I got what I went for I went to the register. I was behind another customer. Then by the time she got to me she threw her hands up and said "y'all can have this one". She refused to wait on me. The whole time we were in line she couldn't stop texting on her phone. The store was so cluttered and nobody was really working. I refuse to go back to that store because she is so rude and has her employees following suit. I plan on making a formal complaint about the matter because they are not even close to being professional there. She tried to make me feel bad by not waiting on me but the only person I feel bad for is her because she needs a class to learn some manners and on how to present yourself as a professional. That...

They are the most unprofessional, rude & overall, worst retail store I have ever seen. Just went into the Chesterfield, SC store at 9:45 pm to buy 1 item. As I entered the store, both employees glared at me. One of which, was the store manager. I then heard this comment, from one of them, "5 minutes". I have pledged, more than once, to never enter that particular location, over the course of 2-3 years. Living in a small town, however leaves few options for shopping. I eventually, caved both times only to find myself insulted & furious from such poor customer service. I spent $219.00, 45 minutes earlier at the Wadesboro store. I realized I forgot my allergy medicine so stopped there to purchase Flonase. There's no excuse, for continuing to employ such incompetent, rude & ignorant...

I used to think our Dollar Heneral in Chesterfield was ok. Since then, I have experienced an employee to yell at me on the store in front of other ppl. She also threatened physical violence.
