I don't usually give a bad review. I like telling management and employees of the good things done. Give gratitude and appreciation to those that go the extra mile. Unfortunately this is not the case. I just went through drive thru and ordered a large tea and a small ice water. Nothing confusing or difficult, so you would think. First I handed the girl a $5 bill. She looked as if are you going to give me the rest? So when I asked her what she had for my order, she said a 3 PC meal. (That explains the look). So I told her no ma'am, I ordered a large tea and a small ice water. She gave me a medium water and a medium tea. Which at that point was fine. But then gave me 62¢ back. I asked for a receipt because I knew she still didn't have it right. She charged for a medium tea and a bottle of water (which I didn't realize they even sold bottle water). Read moreJust got two dinners at the Chesterfield BJ , first thing they have a Robot order placing, that was just the beginning , they did not have a leg to go with my thigh so they asked me if Two thighs would be okay, I said sure as long as it was not cooked this morning, my sides were cold slaw and fries, the biscuit was hard and not enough fries to make a good tator biscuit, hold on let me tell you about the overcooked super small thighs, I understand why they were overcooked they were so small and were not removed on time. We also got a three wing dinner with the same results, The positive thing that I can say is the slaw was delicious. Read moreWe went for some good chicken last night after my daughter and her friends first nad concert. All of us went as a group. 9 people. We place out order at 7:45 ...after waiting for almost 30 mins my husband and I went to see what was going on....they "lost" our order the woman explained to me. I was furious. However they offered no apology or anything for that matter to try and make our bad situation better. It still took 30 mins to get our food after we ask about our order and a other 15 mins for the tea. I am very disappointed with the service and my experience with our favorite place to eat chicken in my home town....by far the worst experience I have had a fast food restaurant in a while.
