FedEx Ground — Local services in Chesterfield

I get my dog food from Chewy and was going to be out of food on Sat. Package was to be delivered Sat. 4/15 but didn't come and when I tracked it this is what it showed me. It was out for delivery and then it says "Your package has been rescheduled as you requested" which I DID NOT requested. Luckily I had some chicken and rice to make up for my dog as I can't just go to a store to get his food as it is prescription food. The last delivery I received I saw the truck out front of my house but no driver. I went out to see what the problem was and he was yelling at someone on the phone and then he go out of the back of his truck and was going to drive away. I asked about my package and he said it was on the truck somewhere and was going to leave. I said , I need the package as my dog was going to be out of food soon. so he looked again and it was right in front of him. If I hadn't gone out he would have just left. Hope it get delivered to day if not I will have to go the the vets to get a bag of food. NOT HAPPY!!!! I wished Chewy would change to UPS

Very slow. 🐌🐌🐌 They will take all day to deliver your package. Highly recommend avoiding this particular location. If you are going to be sending packages or ordering packages to/from a location anywhere near this location (ie: Keene, NH) I'd highly recommend finding a different carrier for your package. By the time W. Chesterfield NH Fed Ex delivers your packages, you'll have thought of the cure to cancer and then forgot about it. Things you can do while waiting for your Fed Ex package through W. Chesterfield, NH:

-Invent the cure for AIDs. -Learn every language on earth. -Learn to play guitar like Jimi Hendrix. -Populate and terraform the planet Mars. -Win a game of sudoku with an Asian who is ridiculously good at math. -Start your own shipping service and grow it to be so bigger and popular than Fed Ex that Fed Ex, UPS, and the Postal Service, will all go out of business simultaneously, causing your shipping service to achieve an instant monopoly in the area. -Invent a time machine so you can travel back in time to when you were ordering or sending your packages, smack your old self in the head and tell yourself not to use Fed Ex. -Enjoy your 105th birthday. -Figure out the answers to every known question in the universe and then forget about 75% of them. -Get that grocery shopping done that you were intending to get done at 10am today in hopes that your package would show up before then.

Good afternoon

On the 30rd of December I was blessed and I won a chance to buy a pair of Patent breds Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Shoes. Today is 01/06 and today was the day we’re my shoes were suppose to be delivered. I waited and at 3:17 I got a notification what said my package Has been delivered Note*. These shoes are are limited addition If you want a pair your gonna pay about 350-370 that’s even depending on your size. I go outside First I didn’t hear a car but I didn’t worry I look to my left and right no package go down to the driveway no package make further down towards my mail box no package!!!!!!! I fist thought they must’ve left it on the neighbors door step which I been living here for about 3 months and I don’t really know these people I build up some courage and walk up and asked. They said they didn’t see any package but either I hope for the best but sadly I don’t want a refund I want the shoes cause I will never be able to buy those shoes for 170.

In conclusion FedEx is a pretty trash place and every other shipping company is better but Ups...
