Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and wait time no more than 5 minutes either time. I had to make two trips because I did not have all the necessary paperwork and I had to fill it out and carry it to my husband for his signature. When I went the first trip the lady who helped me gave me all the paperwork I needed and highlighted all the places I had to fill in and that made it so much easier. Then when I returned I was called to her window again where she completed my transaction with the utmost care and respect. My situation was an unusual one and I wasn't really sure what I needed to do, but she listened to me and knew exactly what needed to be done to rectify it. In addition, I had to make two phone calls to the main office in Columbia. Both times I left my number for a call back. When I left my number yesterday a little before 5:00 pm, I thought, "Well, I won't hear back from them today," but they did call me back even though it was after 5:00pm. I wasn't sure how to explain my situation, so I halfway expected that they wouldn't understand and I wouldn't get the assistance I needed, but I was pleasantly surprised when they listened and provided me with helpful information. Unreal, went in to take care of some business on my trailer and car. The rude woman at counter 1 had me so upset I left! Needed a trailer title change and get plates for it plus the same for one car, first she told me only if she has time? What?? This is her job and she has time!! Second when I told her the mileage on me car she called me a lier!!! Insulating I was not telling the truth and said she would have to confirm that very sarcastic!!! That’s enough I left I’ll try again another day or go to a different DMV office… she and anyone like her should be reprimanded and sent to training for dealing...

I went to SCDMV today to get tag and drivers license transferred from GA to SC. I was so pleasantly surprised. CC helped me with both transfers and my handicapped tag and placket. She was friendly, informative, with the patience of an angel. SCDMV could not ask for a better employee! I am so happy she was the one helping me and left with my tag, license and a smile on my face.
