Subway — Restaurant in Chesterfield

This one star review can be summed up in one word - ‘ewww’ but that’s not my style. I’d prefer it if someone had warned me before I tried this joint out because I was sick immediately and for hours afterwards. And I wasted ten bucks on the whole shebang which is wayyy out of my usual budget for one quick meal.

Hoping this will be helpful to any potential future customers of the subway of chesterfield, sc

Although friendly folks work here, and my order was indeed on time and (probably) had the right ingredients but accuracy-verification wasn’t an option thanks to the blob of soggy bread(?) poorly encasing the sloppiest and worst sub ever created in the entire history of sub making practices ever.

I would’ve snapped a picture of the sloppy heap but I couldn’t for two actually, three reasons.

1. my phone was in my car charging and I chose to eat inside Bcuz it was cold , dark and rainy outside and my heater core plus, fog lights, rear tires and defroster all apparently hate me …
2. I was STARVING and knew full well that driving ain’t my strong point in and of itself so coupling that with chewing , (history has shown) does not end well. Ever. And 3) there was a FINE looking police officer who’d JUST walked in when I pulled up and I just HAD to fluff my hair and sashay myself inside to get closer to him (chesterfield may fall short with sub making but they’ve got some insanely handsome officers patrolling around, irrelevant to this review but worth mentioning)

Basically the subway app allowed me to select to the most tiny of detail exactly WHAT I wanted on my sub but unfortunately I didn’t know I should’ve added instructions not to drown the entire thing in any liquid sauce or slushy produce I’d selected. I just assumed the sandwich artist would know how to somehow not kill out my Sammich with almost intentional disregard to topping and sauce placement but...

I usually love this place, but I had a bad experience this morning. I came in to get my sandwich, and she made it, didn't do my vegetables, and then took the girl behind me instead of working on one customer at a time. I have work. I expect to be paid attention to and processed first. I asked her why she didn’t do that and she said it’s easier for her to make all the sandwiches first and then do the register. As a customer, it’s not easy for me to wait so long for her to take care of every other customer instead of just completing my sandwich all the way through and get me out of there in a timely manner. Thanks Subway. So disappointed. Also, the tuna looked old and I asked if it was made fresh every day. It had frost all over it. Then she went to the back to get a pan of tuna. I recently went into this specific subway with my grandmother and the service from the workers were so terrible . Not only was the bread stale but the workers besides this sweet girl named bailey honestly need to go home. From the snappy remarks, crumpling up a senior citizen receipt, rolling eyes, mumbling under the breath, and aggravated looks with innocent customers . The service was terrible please don’t work in fast food if you cant even give basic respect .
