TERRRIBLE!!! REFS CHEATED, TIME KEEPER KEPT THE CLOCK RUNNING DURING TIMEOUTS FREE-THROWS AND OTHER PLAYS WHEN THEY WERE TO PAUSE THE CLOCK THE FACILTY WAS DISGUSTING, NASTY AND UNKEPT. THEY CHARGED $25 DOLLARS IN *CASH ONLY* FOR THIS EVENT AND THE WOMENS BATHROOM LOOKED LIKE A BROOKLYN TRAIN STATION EXTREMLY NASTY. PEOPLE WERE NOT FRIENDLY ONE OF THE WORST EVENT SPACES I HAVE BEEN TO..THEY ARE ALL FOR PROFIT NOT TRAVELING FAMILIES FOR SPORTS. A GERM PIT

They charged $25 per person for a kids basketball tournament. The bathrooms are nasty at 9 o’clock in the morning. They only utilized half of the gym so the courts are small and congested. Parking is terrible, staff all seemed to have very flat affects. The list goes on lol. Also it was cash only, my guess is so not to leave a paper trail of the earnings for the day.

The sports facility is fantastic—well-maintained, with a great basketball court and nice atmosphere. However, the drive there can be a bit challenging, especially at night. The roads are long and dark, which can make the trip feel less enjoyable. While the destination is definitely worth it, the journey could use some improvement to make it a smoother experience.

Absolute cluster! Parking is a nightmare as well as concessions. Ended up having to park over 2 miles away at "overflow parking" which ended up being the mall parking lot. No signs about shuttles or numbers to call. Luckily a shuttle was pulling up as we were parking. Once we got to the place it took 10 more minutes to get inside while standing in line to pay admission. No food or outside drinks allowed inside so you're forced to buy concessions from them which was an absolute cluster. Stood in line for over 20 mins before placing an order and then waited another 10 mins for food to be ready. No receipts or numbers given out just workers asking who had what at the pick up counter. Then during volleyball games you have people running through the games hardly any seating. I don't think this place should be able to host any tournaments or events until they get parking and concessions...

Was excited to come coach in a gateway tournament here. The tournament was ran well, the facility is nice, the ref.. not so much. I had borrowed a player from a younger age group to play with us and she brought a number zero jersey. The ref asked me how this player has been allowed to wear this number and I kindly offered to put tape on the jersey to change the number, to which she replied with her finger in my face “I’m not penalizing a player because her club is stupid and her club director is stupid. And you can tell your director I said that too”. I’ve heard amazing things about gateway tournaments, so when I was talked to this way within 10 minutes of being in the facility my jaw was on the floor and I felt very disappointed. This was just...

For a place that expects lots of people at one time they don't do a great job of managing it. Bathrooms are not kept up with, hard to find a trash cans, and doesn't make court etiquette reminders for people to move to common areas when their kids aren't playing. Allows people to leave their large backpack style bleacher seats set up as place holders on the few bleachers available while their team isn't playing. I know some of that falls on the people doing it and their own clubs for not saying hey don't be those people but we have been in ther places that do make overhead announcements reminding those that...
