Do not use this place. This place was unprofessional, did not communicate with me, and left me with a car in bad shape twice. Here is my story: I went here in November of 2024 for a tire slowly leaking air and said that I was open to a repair or replacement. When I arrived after booking my appointment online, the guy at the front made no eye contact and barely acknowledged me. He took the keys without telling me hardly anything. When they finished, they gave me my keys back without even telling me what they did. Apparently, they did a patch. The next day, I woke up to the tire being flat again. I took it back and they charged me for a second patch (I told them again that they could replace if that made more sense). When I drove home, the car started rattling on the highway. I called the place and they said that the tire had several holes, so the patch couldn’t be fully balanced. Apparently, they thought this was fine, returned my car this way and didn’t even warn me before I left. Fortunately, I have a second car and have just relied on that until going somewhere else to get the tires replaced.
Edit - In response to the owner's reply: I already tried to work with your team several times through my experience, so I do not see any need in further communication. I also went ahead and got a full new set of tires from my local dealership. To say that they put the customer first is an understatement. They genuinely were more concerned with making me happy and taking care of my problem, then they were with making a “sale”. They approached my problem very methodically and scientifically and explained everything to me at every step of the process. They explained everything very clearly and made all of the intricacies regarding tires and wheels and balancing the two, very easy to understand. I was exhausted and ready to give up, resigning myself to believing that there was something wrong with my truck that could not be fixed. Walter and his crew never gave up! They never gave up on my truck, and they never gave up on me!!!    Read moreOn 5/1/23 I had a confirmed email of an appointment time of 12:30pm to have my snow tires swapped to summer tires. Upon arrival I was told that my appointment was actually for 11:00 am and that I had missed it even though I had a copy of the 12:30 confirmation email with me. I was given a song and dance about this happening when using their computer program for setting appointment times and was rescheduled an appointment for 5:30pm. No apology was given or compensation on the charges for having to make two trips to their shop or the hassle with my work schedule. Also I was charged $23.96 for TPMS cores when I was not asked if I would like them replaced or not and not notified of the charge. I called the infamous "800" and was told they may be able to do something about the TPMS charge but would have to wait for their area manager to get back to me about the cost of wasting my time and the incorrect appointment garbage. The person I spoke with at the 800 # was pleasant and tried to help but it is obvious that real issues need to go further than just a simple phone call.
