I have one word to say about Here Comes The Dress:

Impeccable Customer Service

Okay. That was three words, but that really sums up the experience I had with Aubrey and the boutique. They were quick to reply when I contacted them about the dress I wanted, and they answered all my questions and gave me the price on the dress I asked about, no hemming and hawing, as I have experienced with other boutiques. I shopped around a LOT for my dress because I hate paying more than I should, and HCTD gave me the best price out of DOZENS of boutiques I contacted across the US. They were patient and kind and put up with all my emails. The dress came in when they said it would, and it arrived on my doorstep in perfect condition. An issue arose (that was my fault and not of HCTD), and Aubrey answered my emails and queries and helping me with my anxiety on the matter right away, even late at night on a Saturday night, and things were sorted by Monday. Aubrey knew how to handle the situation with a stressed out bride and made sure I didn't have to worry about my dress. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Aubrey is incredible! From start to finish, she welcomed us and listened to us about what the bride was looking for. Within minutes, she knew what to look for and had already pulled a few options. She pulled such good options that the ones us girls were eyeing didn’t even get considered. Among the first 3 dresses, we found the one! To top it off, Aubrey heard the bride’s wishes and added accessories without hesitation. She knew what to look for and suggest as well as gave us great advice on what to look for. We had an appointment which allowed us to be the only ones in her adorable and thoughtfully put together, curated boutique. It helped with the decision making to be the only ones there. We were also able to really celebrate the decision and take picture’s without getting distracted. Aubrey, the dress Tia picked is gorgeous and beyond our imagination, but the care you took to listen and suggest the right dress is soooo impactful and valuable.
