When my order is right, the food is great! I placed an online order this morning for a burrito bowl and a bag of chips. I am very plain and only get rice, steak, cheese, sour cream and the tomato salsa on the side. I picked my order up off the shelf that had my name on it and took it home. I will take responsibility that it is my fault that I didn't check it before I got home. I opened the bag and whoever "Seth K" is, I got his bowl... Which had fajitas and lettuce and beans which I will not eat... I went ahead and got back in the car and drove back to the location. Went up to the counter and explained to the girl that the bag says my name, but the bowl is not mine. She said they would go ahead and remake it. Didn't think I would have to check INSIDE the actual burrito bowl... Some may think that's my fault but when I explain it wasn't mine and they said they would remake it, I would assume it would have been corrected. Got back home and opened it up... it was Seth K's bowl but remade... So I spent a total of 40 minutes driving (10 minutes each way) and $15 all for nothing. I called the store and explained what happened and was told I could drive back in and they would remake it again. By far the worst managed chipotle, literally most of the employees are on their phones while there is 8 cars waiting for 45 minutes in the drivethru. Never any guacamole, corn, veggies etc, and if you order and pay on mobile guess what, you will not get the 3$ guac you paid for, and you cannot get your money back from the app. Most of the times it is not just one order that is missing items and having insanely small portions it is ALL of them. I literally made a google account to do this review, Chipotle needs to step in and do something about this terribly ran store, it seriously is almost a scam because you can only get your meals fixed from the mobile app, and you only get a free meal or free guac, no refunds. Cashier placed multiple order receipts on the counter and when asked if my order was missing, she did not respond to me. Eventually was told to wait in the long lunch line (had originally placed online order) because their ordering system was "down" and that all orders had to be made in person. When telling male food preparer what the online order originally had in the bowl, he asked me 3 times for "proof" that my order contained what I was telling him it did (mostly kids meals). Young workers avoided eye contact after realizing they had no orders that were meant to already be picked up. Demeanor of male worker was especially disrespectful and dismissive.
