My work laptop was experiencing issues. I tried resolving the issues myself over the internet but was unsuccessful. I researched computer repair and discovered Steven. I called Steven and he tried to help me fix the issues over the phone. We were unable to fix the issues over the phone and Steven asked me to bring my laptop to his office. From the time of our original phone call to the time my laptop was fixed was less than two and a half hours. Not only was Steven extremely professional and knowledgeable, but he was also incredibly honest, helpful and trustworthy! Very professional and affordable. There was no diagnostic cost upfront and he determined computer was fixable. I was about to buy a new PC but thankfully found Steven, as I wasn't quite ready for the investment and time in a new computer just yet. He was willing to take time on some extra work due to excess files (I am a graphic artist) and left extra money optional but I was happy to pay for the work. My experience with PC Steven was great. I was referred by a friend who also had a good experience with Steven. I had multiple issues needing professional attention on my laptop. My friend gave me Steven’s name on Monday. I called Monday night. Steven was very attentive on the phone, and brief, proving his knowledge and skill right off the bat. I dropped my computer off to get repaired on Tuesday afternoon and I was called by Steven to pick up my repaired laptop early Wednesday morning.
