I stop here when I get out of work at 6 a.m. and it's never busy at that time I pick up a half of Vienna bread breakfast sandwich Steak,Egg and Cheese they whip it up pretty quick and I'm out the place inside is small,the seats are the mostly booths without padded seating and there are about four card playing size tables along the front of the entrance wall when you enter usually when I come in to order they're usually playing music at a low volume mostly Spanish like a salsa or bachata.My only complaint is when you order a dinner to go they use aluminum tin pans with a plastic see through top,the complaint is if I don't eat the food immediately as soon as I get homelike an hour or more later I can taste the aluminum when I'm eating and getting to the bottom of the plate no matter it be rice or meat my taste buds pick it out.If only they could use Styrofoam to go plates.Its gotta be price related bulk issue but hey just a little heads up for people that have sensitive taste buds so whenever I order a dinner plate from them I rush home dump the food out into a regular plate then I don't have to worry about rushing to eat it.But the owner is the cook also,a nice gentleman his wife usually is up front working the cash register taking orders...

My office called to order a "catering" type order for lunch. We called ahead and were told 20 minutes. We show up to grab the order and it took a good 45 minutes...prior to the 45 minutes I ask to pay and the woman takes her sweet time over charging. I ask for a detailed receipt since it was going on my business card. This rubbed her a certain way and she literally proceeds to take her time writing down what she had charged. 10 minutes later our order still sitting on the counter...an order placed at 1p m and it was now 2:50!! I proceed to ask another worker to please pack my food this is for a business meeting and I'm late. The woman tells her no, she has to finish the paper....5 minutes later finally starts packing the food. $155 order that will never happen again due to the terrible customer service. The food wasn't the best and the sancocho made my coworkers sick. This woman charged me $25 for half a tray of tostones! Never again and had to leave the review. Good service keeps good customers and they tell others how much they enjoyed your service. Your service is terrible and you need to be careful with your food prep so your not getting...

SEAFOOD ALERT been to the restaurant a few times to eat a typical Spanish meal consisting of rice, beans and pork shoulder. But today, I decided to try a small octupus salad served in a 8 oz plastic container . I was shocked to hear the price was 12.00 for the salad alone. My entire bill for one order of rice ,octupus salad and 2 cokes was 29.70. I paid it because I'm at fault for not asking prices before ordering. For that price I expected some seasoning, oceanviews and a tropical breeze. I took a hit. Never Again.

There was a customer after me that ordered a medium shrimp salad , beef Patty and drink. Her total was 35.00. She too asked for price after she ordered. Her jaw dropped and she left in what appeared to be a shock. Lol.

Advice to Management: post your prices at least the customer has been forewarned and if they choose to get robbed it's...
