I'm giving them 3 stars because most of my night visits to smooth but there's some issues... First of all some of their cashier's are really rude, I don't know their names but there are currently 2 girls that work there. I came up to one of their registers one night and she turned around to start complaining to the other girl because she was about to go pee. My husband also chose her register so he'd be right behind me and she told him he could go to the other register and he said he didn't mind waiting. I have no idea what her problem was since we are just customers trying to leave the store. We don't want to be there either but we aren't rude about it. Cashiers have a job to do and it doesn't involve being rude to paying customers. Standing there turning around to whisper to her friend while ringing us up, giving us dirty looks, not saying a single word. It was not a friendly cashier, that's for sure.
I was charged twice on a product that cost $8+, it is a box of shrimp. They charged me twice and I just now found out about it. I understand that it's late and you close in a few hours, it's just extremely upsetting that it happened. I will pay close attention to the items being scanned in the future. I got there and the serve yourself was all out of them, so I asked if theyâre going to have some soon. The lady stop and put some down to cook and even asked me what flavor I wanted. I informed a young cashier that not having her nose covered defeats the purpose of wearing the mask " " she pulls it up above her nose " told me "Yes I know but is so hot"
Then readjusted her mask to the previous position :(
With employees like that .... I will be reporting this incident to Delhaize corporate office.
