Elevate The Grove — Local services in Kannapolis

We've been actively living in our apartment for about 2.5 weeks, and we’re happy with our decision to move here—I love my little apartment!

First, Tanner (the maintenance head) and his sidekick are amazing. They're professional, friendly, and patient in answering all my (sometimes silly) questions. Tanner takes ownership of his work and genuinely wants to help. Most importantly, as a woman, I’ve lived in communities where I felt uncomfortable with maintenance entering my home, even when they had no active ticket. That will not be an issue here—nothing but professionals with good vibes.

Second, the community and amenities are nice. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into making this a great place to live. I’m looking forward to the pool opening and playing some table tennis! My mutt absolutely loves the dog park—such a fun bonus.

Third, just to keep it real, we did have some issues with move-in. Our apartment wasn’t actually ready, even though we were given the keys. That was super frustrating. If I could take off half a star for that, I would. But I understand it's a new development, and I’m hoping it was just a bump in the road as they work out the kinks.

Lastly, it’s new construction and community living—you’ll hear your neighbors a bit. Nothing a little white noise won’t fix.

We had been living in an apartment in Huntersville for years. The area had changed and when our lease was coming to an end, we decided to look for a new place that was closer to my job. I toured many different apartments but Elevate the Grove stood out. Brayan and Taylor were super helpful, informative and kind during our tours and application process, even with all of my questions. Everyone is super kind in the community, you have an amazing dog park, gym, pool, dog spa and more.

If you have a dog, you will enjoy it! There are so many friendly dogs.

Tanner and the maintenance crew have been amazing. We had an issue with our AC when we first moved in. They were very informative and cared about getting it fixed. He answered all the questions we had.

This apartment is very peaceful.

One thing we love (some might not) is hearing the train every so often by the food lion. If you like seeing trains, there is a gazebo in downtown Landis where you can sit and watch the trains. There is an amazing coffee spot there as well.

This is the nicest complex I have been to in a while!! Was looking for an accessible apartment for my daddy that would allow him as much independence as possible. Scheduling a tour was easy, the accessible apartment is PERFECT! Wide doorways, plenty of room for his chair, and the staff is AMAZING! Brayan Vazquez was superior in everything!
