Brought in a beautiful sapphire and diamond pendant, wanted to turn it in to a ring. We bought a white gold wedding band from the case. We discussed what we wanted and a week later David had turned the pcs in to an absolutely beautiful ring, that fit perfectly. My wife is so happy. She never had an occasion to wear the necklace since we moved here but will now get much more use from this ring. Thanks David, wonderful job

Visit #2 We bought a very expensive ring at another jewelry store 2 towns over at their going out of business sale. Well after a year, one of the prongs was bent, so we asked David could he fix it. He took it in the back and then asked did we ever have work done on this. We told him no. He showed us under magnification how all the prongs were very porous and cracked at the base,. We were extremely angry that such an expensive pc. was so shoddily made. He said he could take care of it by melting some gold into the weak areas and it would be better than new. My wife also had some earrings she wanted reconfigured from studs to drops in a halo. He said no problem. Told us about a week, But they called the next day, they were all done. The earrings were just what my wife wanted. But the ring was just beautiful,you would never know there was a problem and all the prongs looked perfect.. Now my wife can feel confident that the main stone will not be lost due to someone else's poor workmanship.Thanks...

Sorry but this man was very unpleasant to talk to. We have a service dog, and HIS dog runs out right when he opens the store, and he looks at our dog and says, you'll have to keep him outside bc I don't have a way to keep my dog chained. THAT should have been a clue to leave, but with my hubby said just go check and see if he can help you. I went inside and TRIED asking a few questions to him. He made me feel stupid for asking questions, and then he quoted me at $250 for resizing! I did a quick Google on another jewler who did an OUTSTANDING job, that brought tears to my eyes! ( if you want to know which jewler I went to, check out my reviews on Google) any questions I had, they were happy to answer! I drove the distance, but ITS SO WORTH IT! First impressions DO MATTER, and CV jeweler was recommended by a friend. I'm SO DISAPPOINTED by the way he acted towards my veteran hubby and by the way he treated me with my questions. I definitely won't be going back or referring anyone...

They were very pleasant and helpful. They happily helped me get my ring sized, took a look at a piece of jewelry I was wanting repaired and helped me pick out just the right chain for a necklace. They even remembered my name after only coming in once when I returned to pick up my order. Their prices were fair in my opinion. Everytime I have gone in I have had no issues with them not being open during their posted hours. I would definitely recommend Chino...
