Update: Went back to give it another shot with some friends. None of us liked the beer and we're all avid beer drinkers. Quite honestly this was only the second brewery that I've ever been to that I didn't like the beer. We seem to be in the minority here but to each their own. Hoping for success for Insurgent!
The best and only brewery in Chino Valley. Wasn't very impressed. The hazy was not very hazy and the soft pretzels were disappointing. We got two super tiny pretzels for I believe $8. Not worth it in my opinion and won't buy it again. Last time I got a soft pretzel at a brewery is it was about the same price, maybe slightly more but it was massive.    Read moreThis is a great addition to the options available in Chino valley. However, the beer was not great. The food was also not great. I hate to give it a 3 because I don't want to discourage people from visiting, but I have to be honest.
The nachos had about 3 black beans. A can of black beans is $0.69. The hot pretzels had a really nice BBQ mustard sauce that was really good. They could take that sauce and do some good things.

Gave us a few beers to sample based on what we like - they were all good! The pizza and tacos were super delicious also. Much better than your typical brewery / pub fare. Great place! It’s a little hard to find because the sign is small and it is on the side of the building. I guess they are moving to a bigger location soon. Either way, it is worth finding this great...
