Chino Valley Unified School District — Local services in Chino

Chino Valley Unified School District is the worst school district to ever enroll your children into. Borderlines of where your child has to go to school according to your address is terrible . I live right across from a school that’s within walking distance from my address yet they won’t allow my child to attend that school. When I moved here in May I had to put in a student transfer in order to have my child attend that school . He is still on the waiting list. Student support services says I have to keep on reaching out to the school. I want my child to attend to see if they have space for him. I explained to student services and also the school that I need my child to attend to. The reason of why I need him there and yet I get no support. After School Program is full have to be on a waiting list for that also. Chino Valley unified school district needs to get it together. How do you have money to afford a brand new building for a school district but yet don’t have enough funds to hire new teachers to accommodate every grade level at schools. Children in my neighborhood whose parents can’t take them to school have to walk 35 minutes just to get to their school. No School bus transportation is provided for the children in my area. This is the worse district for Special Education!!! Since day one my son had to miss 21 days of school because your department does not know what the heck they’re doing. You only offer a handful of classes available and send you to the worst, low budget schools. They blame other departments for their mishaps. Never accepting or acknowledging their mistakes. The SED will just redirect you to someone else. First day of the second pm year of school and not one notice of my son’s new teacher because guess what they just hired them yesterday!!
