Feed back from Arizona Leather is WRONG. Owner does not or cannot read THIS IS THE PROBLEM Guardsman Technician's Report: Upon visit found sofa has collapsing seat cores and backrest cores. The sofa is structural sound and wood/straps are intact and tight. Customer would need to order from the Furniture Store\Manufacture a New Seat Cores and Back Rest Cores, I have been working on this problem for 2 years an all I get is pushback. WE WERE SOLD A USED SET NOT A NEW SET. PICTURES WE SENT WERE INGNORED On July 26 2020 we purchased a NATUZZI Editions Leather 3 seater powered sectional recliner from ARIZONA LEATHER Scottsdale AZ. that included 5yr gold warranty cost $400. WE GOT A USED SOFA INSTEAD OF A NEW SOFA. ANOTHER FRAUD Delivered Aug 7, 2020 prior to our move in. Arizona Leather would not delay delivery (would charge a restocking fee of $600) they insisted they would send someone out. We had to fly from Seattle to open our house for delivery land fly back immediately. We called Arizona Leather again to report the issue along with photos but they insisted NO returns and the smashed condition due to shipping. BUT they would send a service guy out to evaluate. Very RUDE. This guy brought a hairdryer and hammer. pounded, beat the leather, forced alignment, heated with hairdryer smashed the foam filling. He said all we need was to apply leather conditioner every month. Still Did not look like the floor model or file photos. Regret not spending time to inspect otherwise I would not accept delivery. We could easily see that the sectional was not correct appeared the sections did not match. See photos. Later found that the center section had missing ID # tags BUT tags were attached to end sections. I feel the center section was added from general inventory by Arizona Leather. Photo of sectional used only by 2 adults in house, not heavy people, sit on sectional 4 hours in evening to watch movies.

Read moreWhile I rated them well based on the value and quality for the priced paid, I am disappointed about one aspect of the transaction. As others have said, Gareth was amazing and made the transaction super easy. What became disappointing was that we referenced a timeline for which delivery was needed (by 1/22) and was told they could easily meet the request. Needless to say, upon calling back while Gareth was off to follow-up I received the bad news that they cannot meet the commitment. While I am not certain what changed or where the disconnect may have occurred, I am deeply disappointed. Lest something changes in the next twenty-four hours, we will have to go without resolving the issue and left somewhat disappointed. Please note that we are and will remain Arizona Leather loyal...
Read moreI purchased a sectional/recliner sofa from AL. One of the recliners will not operate appropriately due to it rubbing on another section when opening/closing. The salesperson did not make me aware of this during the purchase. Also on one section the back pillows have a gap between them making it look out of shape. A service technician evaluated the recliner issue and I was told it could not be fixed. Customer service has been very difficult to communicate with not to mention being dismissive and rude when they have contacted me. I have disputed the charge with my credit...
