DEREK IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Firstly, this guy took me seriously, he responded to every single message and question I had on offer up, got back to me quickly and professionally, and booked an appointment to view my couch when was convenient for me. My friend who was with me said, “in my experience you can’t get same day delivery” he was wrong…Derek showed up at my new condo, hours later, with three giant boxes directly inside my living room. I was given credit card or Zelle prices with tax, and he didn’t try to upsell me on something more expensive that I thought I needed. I had so much respect for Derek for encouraging me to get what I originally wanted to buy and not just trying to get more buck out of me. Derek is so professional, so kind, has incredible selection and let me tell you, for someone like me who is frugal and can never afford nice things, I now cherish a BEAUTIFUL brand new couch because of him. I was panicking when I got the couch and it took me two hours to set up (I don’t like reading manuals) and Derek was on the other line to talk me through it until it was done. I could not be more happy with my couch. The comfort is there, great color, exceptional material, brand new, incredible price….i know people who pay upwards of $1500 for what I got for $600 and $85 same day delivery. You cannot beat that people, you cannot beat that. I was blown away from the customer service and that is what made my choice ultimately.
