Farmer Boys — Restaurant in Chino

I would like to say that the workers that I dealt with were respectful, just very incompetent, and could have done better with their service recovery. I ordered a three egg breakfast burrito with avocado from the drive-thru. When the cashier handed me the bag I noticed that it was definitely heavier than how it normally feels. When I went to eat the burrito I noticed that it was poorly wrapped, it was so heavily packed with ingredients that the sides of of the burrito were beginning to rip, let alone both top and bottom of the burrito were open as well. So I returned to the location and showed the cashier my burrito, I was told that "it would be taken care of." After waiting about 5 minutes for my burrito order to be complete, The cashier tells me "we double wrapped the burrito for you." At first I was confused and didn't understand what he meant because I thought I was getting a new burrito. What I got was the same burrito wrapped in an additional tortilla wrap!! This is something that I did not request! So I returned back to the location and asked the cashier why the burrito was double wrapped, the response I got was "because I ordered it with avocado." Now I have been ordering breakfast burritos for quite some time from Farmer boys, and I have ordered the same exact breakfast burrito, from this exact location! Horrible... Ridiculous... Bad attitude... Won't be back. They were not busy at all. Drive through is empty and 3 tables in the restaurant. We ordered our food and sat down. Waited awhile for our food and 1 dish was sent out. We mentioned this wasn't the whole order and were told it was coming. Almost 10 minutes later, I returned that dish to be remade as it had gotten cold. The "manager", Elena, took the plate with a major attitude and threw it on the counter and told the cooks to remake the whole order. After another wait, most of the order came out except for the milk shake which she said she was bringing back. The food was very good however we never received the milk shake. I, again, went to the counter and requested a manager as this was a horrible experience for all of us. She said "that's me. What do you need?" I told her the issue and she said they were short staffed and she would refund the milk shake. HOWEVER, when I told her I would wait for it instead of sitting back down, she LITERALLY threw the receipt back over the cash register and said "fine". No refund. No customer service. Horrible. I used to think they had the best salads, not so much after the 3rd visit I had to give up. If I pay $ top dollar (same or close to a restaurant price), I expect a nice salad. Also, the wait for this so-called salad; you would think they started cutting lettuce for me personally at this moment. Not the case. It just takes forever to get your food on most days 15 minutes on average. The salad, I apologize for not having pictures. The salad ecrotumont is little Itty bitty chunks of what seems to be low-grade quality items. Included as well is dried up chicken scraps. Now, the quality is not limited to just salads but their food items in general, which I have purchased for my kids and other adult meals.

To be fair, I haven't tried all menu items. However, the wait along with cost doesn't make this a stop for my family. Premium pricing for low-grade poor quality food is a ticking time bomb for any business, especially...
