I've debated leaving a review but decided that I needed to get this out there and express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the service I received. Last week I went in to get my hair colored for the first time ever. I was an official hair color virgin! I requested a silver ash ombre look and brought pictures to show the stylist. She was highly rated and recommended by staff at this salon. She looked at the pictures and said no problem. She proceeded to lighten and tone my hair but when we got done it didn't look anything like the pictures. It was more of a honey caramel color with a few strands of silver ash mixed at the ends. I should have expressed my feelings but I have a hard time advocating for myself at times. I went home and a few hours later after my husband and sister saw my hair they too said it looked nothing like the pictures and told me to call the salon back. I did and the salon made an appointment for me to come back in to correct it. I was expecting the stylist to re-lighten my hair since it clearly wasn't light enough to reach the silver cool tone in the pictures (which I showed AGAIN for reference). Instead, She got my hair wet and reapplied only toner. Being a virgin I assumed this might fix it but instead all it did was give the ENDS a more silver tone while dulling the rest of my head. This was supposed to be a birthday gift to myself and a good first time experience. Instead I spent over $200 getting something I did not ask for at all even after attempting to get it fixed. I am very disappointed in the owner, Michelle Fregeau. She seem to care about how much she makes out of her customers rather than gain their satisfaction. My wife received French nails for a wedding and had a notable discoloration in the nails while we were flying overseas literally 2 days after she had them done. We sent her clear pictures via email. She ignored all the emails while we were abroad. She was notified by phone when we returned and she refused to provide any kind of partial refund or store credit. She was extremely rude over the phone. She sounded very annoyed about the whole situation rather than provide common courtesy. Sydney did an amazing job! I went in not really knowing what I wanted and she really helped me decide on what she thought might look good. We ended up doing a full foil giving me hair dimension and making the grow out look more natural. She did a really good job on cutting my hair giving me a healthier look but still keeping the length I wanted. I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome! My boyfriend loves it!
