Let me tell you how my catering went... When we first talked to them a year prior to the event, we were told for 175 people for fajitas, it would be $900. I was like DANG! That's cheap, but awesome! Then we get our final numbers for the wedding and go in to finalize everything and our number did go up quite a bit! The mom count for the wedding was way off and we ended up with about 250 RSVP's (I included the little tykes who wouldn't eat because you always have those "no's" that turn into "yes's"). When we met with Rosa, she could give basic information, but no specifics. She had no idea on how much of everything we would be getting (beans, rice, guac, salsa, etc... everything that comes with fajitas). She couldn't even tell me how many trays of meat we would be getting. So I asked to meet with the person who actually makes the catering orders. Still don't know his name. He wasn't really any better. The only thing he could tell me for sure was how many trays of meat it would be, but his answer for all the fixings "there will be more than enough." Oh and the price tripled!! Were originally told $900 for 175 people making that $5.14 a person. At that amount, even with the increase in our guest count, the total should have been $1285 plus tax. We paid just under $2800!! We also had an agreement in writing on how the meat was to be cooked and divided up (Steak/Veggies (2 trays), Chicken/Veggies (2 Trays), Steak Veggies on the side (2 trays), Chicken Veggies on the side (2 Trays), and 1 tray of Chicken/Steak/Veggies mixed). What we got were 4 trays of steak/veggies, 3 trays of Chicken/Veggies, and 2 trays of chicken/steak mixed (light veggies). We got no hot sauce and the cheese didn't arrive until 3/4 of my serving line had gone through the buffet. They weren't even going to bring the cheese out at all because they couldn't find someone to do it. IT IS PART OF YOUR JOB WHEN YOU AGREE TO DELIVER!! YOU FORGET IT, YOU GO GET IT AND BRING IT WHERE IT WAS INTENDED TO GO RIGHT AWAY!! I gave 2 stars because the food was still delicious, but I wouldn't let them cater another...

The manager (owner's son) wouldn't accept our digital coupon, insisted we give a paper one from the book, but we ONLY have the app version, we don't get the book. He was familiar with app coupons in general, but said he'd need the paper one to call in to Entertainment - why??
There's a code that expires in 15 min once you hit 'redeem' so it's not like I can use it again. I had already hit that code so it was use it now or never for me. I suggested doing whatever register thing they do for the paper one, they had a code on my phone - no. I asked for the person who handles advertising or the owner - no. I was being reasonable, but he would rather toss the food than sell it to me with that coupon. Seriously, the tip would have been more than the discount.
The POINT of advertising is to get people in to your restaurant. Once they get there, get their money! He was more concerned with a faulty procedure than customer service. We left without the food and I'm sorry to update this review - but maybe they'll change before turning off more customers.
1-12-21: Our new favorite Mexican restaurant! We had the Hawaiian Fajitas and the Acapulco plate with 3 items - all very tasty! Exceptional service from a very...
Read moreOn our way back from the Dancing Dragonfly Winery, my friend had received a recommendation from her friends to stop in and eat here. It's a very unique restaurant and you MUST speak Spanish if you want to dine in here and be understood! There were four or five different servers that I talked to and even the young manager couldn't understand me. A nice guy at the bar said that he was going to pay for one of our drinks for my birthday and b/c he was tired of me trying to ask about their HH specials and not getting Anywhere (plus he wanted another beer)! The manager was there when he said that but didn't take the drink off of our bill b/c she claimed that she didn't understand what he said. 🙄 We weren't able to communicate with ANY of the wait staff to ask about their menu, birthday or Happy Hour specials! I used Google translate to try to help with the communication, but it seemed to be selective communication with the staff (AKA when they WANTED to understand). Overall, the food we had was so-so and DEFINITELY NOT worth the price, hassle and...
