Calling in an order was a terrible experience. The gal I spoke with was not pleasant, not helpful. My item was apparently not sent, (although I have yet to have that confirmed), the customer service was horrible when I made that first call. Over a week later, after three more calls, the item arrived with no mention of what happened, no return call (which they said they would do). It was actually sent one week after I made the purchase and took less than 24 hours. So what was the reason for the delay? The last gal I spoke with was very pleasant - Ashley. I am very impressed with the selection and ability to custom make shoes. I have a wide toe box area and I have always had a tough time finding comfortable shoes, especially dress shoes to wear at work. I brought our two daughters (ages 6 and 10) into the store with me today and we all left the store happy with our purchases. Carrie was so helpful, kind, and patient with all of us! My 10 year old has wanted a nice pair of dress up sandal heels for years but hasn’t been able to find any in a kids wide size. She was so happy to custom make a pair to ship to our house. Clogs have been a wardrobe staple of mine since I was a teen in the 70s. Sven clogs are my favorite for a number of reasons. I hate boring shoes and Sven gives me so many choices for leather and bases! My wife hated clogs until she got her first pair of Sven clogs more than two years ago and now she has their sandals, shearling-lined clogs, and boots.
