I was waiting for doors to open to this place sitting in my car. There was a young teenage sitting outside in the cold waiting to go in. Next I see the police arrive and they said the staff called the police because the young teen looked suspicious. He was literally doing nothing at all curled up in the cold waiting to go inside to his appointment! The police officer gave the staff a lecture about abusing 911 and let the teen sit in his car until his appointment. The stuff seemed rude after that! I've gone here about 7 or 8 times over the past year, year and a half, and have had nothing but positive experiences. Dr. Tran (who I believe has sadly moved to another clinic) is legitimately the best dentist I ever had - incredibly warm, friendly, personable, with a great sense of humor. This place has been great. I originally started going because Dr. Pavlovich moved there from Carbondale and I know he was a wonderful doctor. He left however. The new Dr is very friendly. The only reason I do 4 stars is because I wish they had a dentist. It’s so hard to find one these days and I’m sure they’re having a problem as well. I’m sure it has to do with Medicaid payments.
