Almost one hundered dollars more than phone quote, and took about a hour longer than expected. Clocks not reset, over all attitude of the staff is the customer is stupid. The work is great. But if you don't want to be talked down to or told everything you have is junk. I suggest buy your equipment from them. Really had I purchased from them I would have only had good things to say. In short quality work terrible customer service. Sugar coat it when you are told no sale don't keep pushing the( you dont know ) belittling. Xtreme Sound is the best. I was scared as hell because of the location, but these guys are stellar. It looks clean. No wires. No rigging. I told them I wanted a bass knob but without holes in my dash from screws, guys added it with wiring to hold it. It all looks so clean. Also the subs I bought had a cracked enclosure (thanks FedEx) but the dude fixed it free of charge. $112 bucks for a professional job is amazing compared to $200 something by some pimple faced teenager at Best Buy. I would definitely recommend. The owner, Tom I believe, was majorly friendly. His team were also very warm to new people. Next paycheck I'm coming right back to get some new door speakers he recommended, again for a hell of a deal, and to possibly have them wire a second battery to take some load off my alternator because these subs make my eyes and jaw shake.

Edit: This makes my 3rd visit there. I brought them my friend who wanted her subs installed professionally and they got it all set and clean just like mine. That was the second time, my third and most recent time was to upgrade my door speakers and back speakers. For a great price they had everything hooked up and crisp. My grudge is with one of the owners. So I went down there to ask a question about some subwoofers and ohm's. In my eyes, I thought I was starting to build a repor with the guy since we have a mutual friend and I've spent decent amount of money with them years ago when I built two different stereo systems in two different vehicles. But anywho so when tried to ask this guy the question he answered with (where did you buy it), I replied with Amazon.
