Lady cashier Marcia was on duty at 10:15 p.m. I asked her if she has a fresh decaf coffee, she said yes it is fresh, but when I was pouring the coffee I saw the coffee was not fresh after taking a sip. I had to throw the coffee away, then I made a regular coffee for my wife but there was no coffee at all. I requested her to make a regular coffee she SAID "NO"! This is our closing time . I asked her what time you guys close she said we are open 24 hour. I asked about the coffee, she was like we don't make the coffee here there are other people who make the coffee and they're not here until 4 a.m. but trust me the truth was she didn't want to work. Would like to maybe give a higher rating but cashier was rude and lazy. Please trust and believe me when I say I am one of the most nicest and politeness is a way of life for me. So for me to complain is very out of character for me. I purchased an item which was on sale and in doing so I bought all of which was on the shelf. When the cashier seen what I had she says to the other cashier oh my fing God look shes buying like 8 now I have to go and restock those. Which in turn I reply oh I'm so sorry would you like me to go put some back ..? She says nothing but gives me a dirty look and then one of those girl looks to the other girl working next to her behind the counter. You know the one ladies. So I reply so you dont mind doing...

Their ice coffee machines are almost always empty! They have 4 dispensers for ice coffee. Most of the time 2-3 of them are empty. The last few days all 4 have been empty. I come to this store often in the afternoon and it has been like this for at least a year. How hard is it to check, clean and refill the ice coffee? When I get my ice coffee, I almost always buy something else.
