My wife and I were looking for an electric oven to replace an oven we purchased only several years ago due to the door spring breaking and causing entire door to be replaced. The owner went out of his way to make sure everything went perfect for me not only did he deliver my items he put them back together because some of the pieces had to be taken apart to be brought through the door. He is kind and the one of the most professional people I have ever met in my life in the customer service business.
