I live on Long Island and I own a House Near Oneonta. I am a Member of Plumbers local 1 NYC for 34 Years. I needed 2 - 3/4 Sweat x 1/2 Ips. Purge Tees. They said they gave me Trade Price at 40.06 For the 2 Tees. I know I was getting Robbed but I needed them for Drain tees for a Water Heater I was installing in my Own House. I bought them. That was last week Friday March 20th 2020. Today on March 27th 2020 I purchased the Same tees from A&F Heating Supply on Long Island for 4.04 Each tee! I Bought 6 this Morning on Long Island. Had the igniter for my carrier furnace in my hand with the part number on it. Told them I wanted an OEM part and they kept trying to push a universal part to me. I’m not in the plumbing, heating or cooling trade, but I Am an electrical contractor who has spent thousands of dollars in their Binghamton location. Counter guys are clowns and the guy in the office on the second door on the right Also did not want to help. Needless to say $32 later and about five minutes on the Internet I have an OEM part coming. Why anybody would ever come to this...

Had what I needed. However, I stood at the counter for a solid 8 minutes as though I was invisible. Nobody acknowledged my presence. Not a "Be with you in minute. " Nothing. I get that they primarily cater commercial amounts, but that was just rude. Once I was being helped, however, the gentleman was friendly and very helpful. Overall not a bad experience per se... just awkward standing there like...
