I went to dancing turtle on beginning of September and I had points built up enough used them then and I didn't use them and I went there today on 12thnd actually today and I asked to look up my points and the lady never did and never looked at my points and never told me how many points anymore yeah I was a little disappointed other than that that he's been a great place to be 0❣️I had enough at beginning of the month and didn't use this lady today didn't bother to even look for my account to even add today's points n I spent $160.⁰⁰ ugh other than that I spend A lot of money in there n personally have never had any mishaps there I need to speak to someone about my points from end august on pay day for Sept for ppl onssand ssd on top of that I am disabled in a wheelchair it just wasn't right today I won't spend nearly as much as I. My first time yesterday. I had some trouble finding the place either because I can’t follow directions or the address was wrong . Very nice people . Relaxed atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff. I have bought all over the southern tier of NY. The quality of the products here are absolutely amazing. Prices are good, cashier's are friendly, and the product is good as well. Main issue is their points system which makes no sense and has no incentive. I've spent lots of money here racking up points for a rainy day when I might not have money to spend, only to be told I cannot use my points unless I buy something with cash alongside of it. A quick fix to that would be to buy something cheap to use your points, but since they run out of stuff quickly you're forced to buy more expensive items just to use the "free points" you were given for purchasing stuff from the past.
