These people are the least competent people I have ever met. The first time we went here they told us that we needed a true copy of my birth certificate, we told them I was moving to Oregon was wondering how I could get registered if my spouse is not going to be there. So they told us that we can go to a bank and get them to sign a copy of it and send it in. So we did that, we went back, and now they told us that they need the original IDs. I asked her how she expected me to do that, and she told me that she has no idea. I have no idea what changed between then and now, but if they cannot even correctly communicate what we are suppose to give them, how do they expect us to give them what they want. Awesome location, close enough to downtown but far enough from the traffic. The amenities are awesome, the neighbors are all so kind and the staff at the office are great. Amanda helped make the transition and move easy and stress-free, especially during a pandemic. The price for being so close to downtown is a steal! Saratoga's commissary is great as far as my family and I are concerned. It offers many staples at discounted prices. It is a little out of the way from where we live, but well worth the twice a month visit. It has the best sushi in the capital district, no comparison.
