Was referred to Omni by a family member. Called, and a guy named Clint answered, said he was driving and took my number and asked to call me back. After waiting a week and not hearing from him I called him again. He apologized and said he lost my number. Had to give him all the info regarding my computer issue again. Said he was going to check with someone there to see if they had the part in stock and call me back in one half hour. waiting a week and just called back again. Clint answered, I asked if I could speak to someone else, as I didn't have much confidence in his ability to get me the answers that I have been waiting for for almost two weeks now. Dahl was very patient and responsive, and kept great communication while working on the issues.
