I purchased a toilet and when drove around to have it loaded a guy told me he (can’t) load it and to come back later. As a customer i was there now not later. It was raining and he didn’t want to raise door to get what i paid for. He said customer door windows get wet. But they were NOT there to pick up but i was. So i went bank up front and said either get my toilet loaded or give me refund. So they lost a customer because of ignorance. The customer is always right is first rule especially after having paid for it. If didn’t want to load it in rain then they should not have sold it to me at that point. But they did and were wrong for not doing so. Customer satisfaction at its worst over a young guy’s ignorance in public business world. Don't buy anything from here if ever plan on returning it. Once they get your money, they don't want to give it back, even with the original receipt, and everything in pristine condition. Front end clerk even lied about there not being a manager there, when in fact there was. I will take my business elsewhere. So much for supporting local businesses when all they care about it taking your hard-earned money.

The Gentlemen and women here are hard working, diligent and are always willing to assist when needed especially to my late father and all of my military veteran friends.
