Horrible Service! I took My 2016 Shelby GT350 To get Serviced There & They Put a âDefective Oil Filterâ on my car. I Lost All Of the Oil As i Was Driving. Almost Causing me to Wreck Due to Oil Getting on my Rear Wheels. I was able to turn into their Parking lot right when the engine starting Rattling/knocking. I shut the car off instantly & left it there so they could Repair it. They gave me the Car Back 3 Days Later After they âFixedâ a Rattling/knocking Engine. It was Not Fixed At All & i took it back down there & after a long while of waiting they approved to put a new Engine in it but then Tell me that The clutch in the Car was Completely burnt up & needed another one.(I never had any issues with slipping clutch or gears not engaging) but i paid out of pocket for new clutch anyways. They kept the car for a total of 2 Months. The next day after i picked my car up i drove it to work & my Front âshelbyâ Splitter Was Hanging Down & My A/C Quit Working. So i left work Early the next day So that I could Take it there & Personally Spoke to The Mechanic That worked on it & He told me he might have pinched the Line when he took it off & put it back on but ford wouldnât cover it & then He Showed me some Scratches under the splitter & said that Due to those Scratches the Clips on the top Were Broken When they took the Splitter off. When i tried to explain to him that if they were Broken the splitter wouldnât have been holding up before that cause the clips have screws through them, he got an Attitude didnât say a word & stormed off. I then Talked to The Service Manager & told him it wasnât Right That I would have to Pay out of pocket for mistakes Caused by somebody Else. His Reaction was the same. Rude attitude & said they were not fixing it & i even told him i didnât care if they would even Put More Screws in it so that i wouldnât have to purchase a new one he said they would & they still did not touch it & it flew off on my way home.I even contacted Ford Corporate & they put a âRegional Manager thats over themâ to Contact me. He contacted me to tell me he spoke with the Service Manager & that he wishes he had More authority over them but that he could not get them to fix it, Because it worked when i left. Service Manager Even Promised To Pay Car Note while the Car was There & Extended Warranty on it & i never got anything. So Out of This Dealership They Messed Up My Engine, spent $800+ on a clutch, Messed up My AC Line, Ruined My Front splitter, & didnât Have My Car...
Read more12/22/23 Im a super nice guy they just simply donât want to deal with me even though they screwed up. my ro# 15865 spent over $2500 on one ticket and still canât get brakes done correctly. My brakes were replaced, I go back because they are squealing terribly!! , The tech believes itâs a vacuum hose that he left unplugged, but he has to order the part so Ill have to come back, I expressed my concerns about the noise coming from the front RIGHT side (passenger) not the driver side to Adam face to face in person and showed him with my flashlight on my phone that the new brake was digging into my rotor when the truck was lifted up and the tires were off so he could see it clearly was digging into my rotor! he replied the tech didnât hear anything coming from that side, when he gets back to the desk I walk back up to him and said I donât see how itâs a rubber plug making the squeal noise when it only happens when I apply brakes. He replied âwell hopefully this fixes itâ (he didnât charge me bc it was the techs fault)
Called back because the brake was still making a terrible noise!! come up there again Adam warranties the brake pad and sends me on my way with good brake pad but never mentioned my screwed up rotor and it was back to squealing before I made it to the house if the brake pad was no good and was able to be warrantied why would you ignore the damage it has done to my rotor?? âŚi have been there FIVE times!! No exaggeration because they had to order the hose and the brake pad. So I had to come back, FIVE TIMES and still leave with terrible sounding brakes. I called again just to let them know and and Collin quickly said âjust bring it mondayâ and hung up on me before I could even say âokayâ If they donât make it right then i believe it is 100% better to go to Long Lewis in Alabaster if you want your brakes done correctly.    Read moreMy vehicle was in service for around 2 weeks. They kept calling me and changing the story over that time frame. The rear end had to be replaced twice. The first time I went to pick it up... I was told that the noise (that prompted me to bring it in) was gone, but there was still a vibration because of a warped wheel. I was confused by this as I had not had the CPO vehicle for very long. I only got a quarter of a mile down the road and the vehicle roared and shook like it was going to fall apart. Did anyone even test drive it? I took it back and they all got in an argument about it with each other claiming that they should not have called me yet.. that the vehicle was not actually done. I was very upset and that seemed really unprofessional. They proceeded to blame it on the warped wheel. I am not a mechanic, but knew that a warped wheel does not sound like that. They said they would fix it and deliver it that day for all of the trouble. No one came.. no one called. I called them around closing only to be told that there was an issue with the axle. Then after a day or so they told me that it was not the axle - the rear end had to be rebuilt. I personally feel that they potentially endangered my family in order to cover their butts. I have had many issues with the vehicle and have only made one payment on it so far. I also was supposed to have access to a rental under my warranty plan. I was told that there were none available until I called Ford Corporate and tattled on them. I did not even know this until the original sales person at the other dealership mentioned it to me.
I personally do not trust this service dept. I'm not too happy with the ford dealer (located in Bessemer, AL) that I bought it...
