Been racing at Claremont speedway for the last 4 years and always have had a really good experience very professionally run and very fair to all the racers with treating everyone the same and nobody getting any special treatment which is really hard to find at a racetrack today which is pretty sad that you have to worry about the track trying to screw you over because they try to help out the people that they like more but have never seen any of that in my time running at Claremont speedway and I would definitely recommend any racing fans to come out and enjoy the racing from the grandstands it's very reasonably admission prices with a pretty good selection of different foods and drinks and they even have beer garden where you can go sit and watch the racing while you enjoy a nice cold one it doesnt really get any better then that if you ask me not very many local short tracks that allow alchohol or have a place where you can buy it so its definitely worth coming out with the family on a Friday or Saturday nights they usually run on fridays but they run on Saturday nights when they have either a touring series that's coming to town or one of there big 100 lap tour type ground pounding...
ย ย ย Read moreThis track has always had a special place in my and my family's hearts for most of us we had been going since we were little kids. My cousin's parents owned the track for quite awhile. However even if my cousin's family didn't build and own the track for the longest of time I would still highly recommend this track to anyone and everyone. As far as the racing and racing community there you couldn't ask for a better group of people. Same with all of the tracks staff. Grandstands tickets are always just $10 a ticket for 6 and up, 5 and under are free and pit passes for $35 a person. It's a little bit bigger track than a lot of your local small tracks which usually tend to be 1/4 mile tracks this track is an 1/3 mile asphalt track. It is a great track and friendly track as well as very...
ย ย ย Read moreI went here a few times as a kid, and now I am back probably 20 years later as an adult. The track is off the beaten path a bit. You wouldn't imagine there is a race track there. Track has a unique shape to it. Racing here is really good with healthy car counts and side by side racing action. Downsides would be the price of some of the concessions ($3 for a small coffee), fans tend to just stand around at the top of the entrances to the stairs, and the bathrooms were never attended to the entire night. You can tell this is out in the country judging by the cast of people attending the race. I'll be back, hope to see some improvements...
