We had a kids' birthday party here on 4/15/23. We called a few weeks in advance to book the party for that date. We had 10 kids and a few adults there to keep the chaos to a minimum. The package included 2 frames of bowling (either 10 pin or candle pin) for each child and parent. They supplied gift bags and drinks along with pizza. They had it all set up in the gaming area, and to tell you the truth, they put on a good setup. Tables were set, drinks were cold, and pizza was hot and fresh. They don't understand customer service AT ALL! The bathrooms were dirty and out of soap, the plus side is the prices are pretty good.
