Terrible terrible terrible experience! Got 1/2 lb of minnows and left got to where we were fishing less than 10 minutes away and they were all dead! Every one of them so we went back to exchange them or even get a refund and every one in there declined to even help or fix the issue. I had them less than 20 min before i showed back up with them and showed them. They would not do anything. Even the guy in the back said all the minnows are dying fast so he was aware of the problem and still they did nothing. Absolutely terrible place all they want is your money they could care less about the quality . Would reccomend going to a marina or another bait shop before ever using them! Awful...

There is a review on here that supposed to had come from me however I Carol Heaton have no idea how it got there or how to remove it as it is rude. I've been doing business with the owner's sense they took store over they are good people and just like any other convenient store they are fair in how they run there store plus good people. Love this place. Stop here every time I can on my way home. Employees and owners always treat you like family. My mom would drive here from Chelsea just for their fried chicken livers.
