T-Mobile — Local services in Clarksdale

Terrible! Im aware the store hour changed closing from 8pm to 6pm. I called and the person told me they closed at 6 and i replied "here i come." I made it there at 5:25 and the doors was locked! I stood outside and knocked and no one came but there was a black truck parked outside. More customers came and left stating that the girl that works there always do it and that their bills need to be paid . I called corporate and waited. The girl then waited til about 5:50pm and peeped around the corner at me and the other customers outside and walked back as if she was hiding! I will not be back . I will go to Cleveland or anywhere else besides Clarksdale Tmobile! I do not have gas...

This store is supposed to be open mon-fri 10-8pm sat and Sunday too. I've occurred a reactivation fee on my bill because I was unable to come into the store and pay my bill with cash ON TIME, I had to wait for my debit card in mail to pay because the employees working there come in whenever they feel like it. Feb 18, Feb 19, Mar 1, Mar 4... the store has been closed I drove up there diffrent times sometimes in the same day. This is horrible customer service and I never had this...
