Aloha Hair Salon — Local services in Clarksville

They have a sign that says walk ins welcome, but nothing could be further from the truth. I went in around 2 and the one lady who was working on someone's hair tried to ignore me then asked what I was doing there. Told her I would like a hair cut, but in all honesty I wanted mani and Pedi too and was ready to tip very well since I was well aware that even though there was only 2 ppl getting their hair done, they might have appointments coming in. Well I can hear many ppl laughing and talking in the back, then more ladies showed up with food and processed to roll their eyes at me. I only gave 2 stars because 1 young thin girl was actually nice to me and even though she was in a hurry she took time to make sure I was feeling well when I left. I think her name is Maddi or something. The others however are very full of themselves even though there are better places around, but I guess if you're white they and/or caked faced...

I want to give this place more stars on my review because all the other hairdressers there were very attentive to their clients and to covid policy and seemed to really know their hair care and how tos. My hairdresser on the other hand...chopped my hair in the most extreme 80's jane fonda layer possible even tho this is not what I wanted. Cut my hair before a major hair color?! Of which, fried to the scalp on the on each layer of hair the color had been applied. So obviously destroyed. This on top of being physically burned by the heater after being left for way to long. So my long healthy hair is now above my chin in a wannabe bob. Constantly falling out in my hands. The best that could be done to salvage what was left my my previously long healthy hair....

Finally found someone to do my hair right! Thank You Lucy. Will see u in 2 months for touch up. I love this place. The owner is the best and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to hair! Tried many places from Monticello, Little Rock, North Little Rock, Conway, Daranelle, Clarksville and Russellville. A friend turned me on to Aloha in Clarksville. Also followed the state safety rules for Corona virus. I will be back, soon....
