My name is WALTER STRACENER I scheduled an appointment with this office thinking it was in Paris as I have been involved in 3 vehicle accidents from October 2018 to January 2019 so upon 4/3/2019 the office informed me that I could only be seen at the Clarksville location..being a heart patient and out of meds I paid a transportation service to drive me to Clarksville and back to Paris 60.00 dollars cash , upon arrival at the Clarksville location I was seen by I believe a p.a. or may have been a n.p. I spoke with her told her of my meds , and they drew blood and I gave a urine sample, I did make that person aware that not have anxiety meds since January 2019 I had been in Glen oaks treatment center .This seemed to cause a somewhat of predjudise towards me ,the Dr. Stopped at the examination room I was in and said no medications until labs come back if which they said we're a 7-10 business day process.i went to this Dr. Knowing they said they take Medicare yet I was written no meds , and charged 159.61 in cash and to this day 6/11/2019 Medicare shows no bill from that office ....I have attempted to contact Mrs. Ronnie Muthappa since 4/5/2019 with no success... actually the office personnel has continued to lie to me about when Mrs. Muthappa was either in the office or when she may be in the office....Medicare has sent me documentation that shows my insurance was at 100% coverage before 4/4/2019 ..the labs were paid everything was paid but this office says they have billed Medicare and medicare shows no claims ,bills ,invioces anything from this office...so Medicare has recommended I go to the office call Medicare from my cell phone at the office so that a Medicare can tell them they owe me a complete refund and yet the office says Mrs. Muthappa is not in the office and she is out of town and there is no one else that can refund my money....now this is simply poor business ethics..it is discimination and I shall not tolerate it...my next step is to contact the social security office and file discrimination against them due to me having been taken advantage of and thrown to the side like a piece...

I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. They will call in your prescriptions incorrectly, sometimes days after your visit and sometimes not at all. They will leave you writhing in pain for a week and “give a message” to someone to call you back even if you call at 8:30 on the dot every single day, claiming “they are slammed right now”. They are here to milk people’s insurance and take advantage of a community that is already in terrible shape. The Dr. himself is good, but the staff at that office needs a complete purge. If it were possible to give negative stars, my rating...

I asked for Dr Muthappa specifically when the Veterans Administration deemed my health in need of a local physician I could see when required. Dr Muthappa has been excellent in treating me, and his office staff have always been ready to help in any way they can. I highly recommend...
