Doctors are awesome ,staff is very bad,I give them a - 1 I was in a car wreck went to er,they told me to follow up with my doctor,couldn't get a hold of the office busy signal,by the way that happenes way too often,call office in Paris they set me appointment for the one in Clarksville, the one I tried to get ahold of ,ok so the Clarksville office calls me back the next day and informs me that I would haft to pay cash because they don't deal with that kind of insurance ,I'm not understanding,anyway,I didn't have 160. 180 or how ever much an office visit is so I couldn't go.So I've always paid my bills,and can't understand why I couldn't just pay it out ,mind I have been in an accident have head injury cut in my cornea,my eye seeing flashes,I can't cough without the feeling I'm going to pass out my ribs are so bruised where is their...

I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. They will call in your prescriptions incorrectly, sometimes days after your visit and sometimes not at all. They will leave you writhing in pain for a week and “give a message” to someone to call you back even if you call at 8:30 on the dot every single day, claiming they “are slammed right now”. They are here to milk people’s insurance and take advantage of a community that is already in terrible shape. The Dr. himself is good, but the staff at that office needs a complete purge.
