Swirlz Art Studio — Local services in Clarksville

What an incredible night at Swirlz Art Studio. My wife and I attended an intermediate-level couples class, and it was one of the most memorable date nights we've ever had. We tackled a Vincent van Gogh adaptation of The Starry Night, and while it sounds intimidating, the experience was anything but.

​The instructor, Lee Bergman, is a true gem. She was not only entertaining and full of energy but also incredibly patient, which was a huge help for a beginner like me in an intermediate class. Her assistant, Risa Rodriguez, was equally wonderful, offering support and guidance whenever needed. Their combined expertise made the entire painting process feel manageable and fun.

​The atmosphere was perfect. The other couples were all so friendly and light-hearted, which made the evening feel relaxed and carefree. It’s rare to find an activity that blends creative challenge with such a pleasant social environment. I can't recommend Swirlz Art Studio enough for a fantastic date night, a fun outing with friends, or a solo adventure.

Enjoyed a very fun sip and paint. The instructor was knowledgeable and helpful, I never felt lost or behind. My painting turned out great! One critique I have is to get rid of the last row of tables and chairs that is very close to the door. We were seated in that row and found the door opening and closing right behind us distracting, I even got my chair bumped by someone exiting. This was my second 'paint and drink' experience, the other one being in Nashville. I thought the class was well-run and the organization was on spot. My only negative was it seemed a little 'too' professional and I would have rather had a little more leeway with my painting. Also, my daughter and I were the only ones with wine, so not sure they actually promote that aspect. Overall, a little more stressful than my past experience, but the paintings...
